1. Only individuals included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Day visitors must be notified in advance. 2. Please be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. 3. Pets are not permitted. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300. 4. Parties and events are not allowed at the property. 5. Smoking of cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana is not allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300. 6. Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated green bins. Trash collection takes place on Monday and Thursday; please place bins at the curb the night before. 7. The property must be left clean and tidy. Please wash dishes, clean up after yourself, and place used towels in the laundry basket. 8. Follow the check-in instructions for parking. Vehicles should not block entrances or pedestrian walkways. 9. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. 10. Check-ins and check-outs are strictly at the times stated in the listing. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and require prior approval. 11. The guest acknowledges that the owner is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings of the tenant or their guests during the rental period. Tenants are encouraged to secure valuables and exercise caution with personal items. 12. The guest acknowledges that the property is equipped with an external video surveillance system for security purposes, with cameras positioned on the perimeter to monitor the exterior only. No cameras are located indoors. 13. The guest acknowledges that the property is equipped with an automatic irrigation system that activates each night at 10:30 PM to water outdoor areas for approximately 60 minutes. The tenant should ensure any personal belongings are removed from the lawn area beforehand to avoid water exposure. 14. Automatic outdoor lighting will turn on at approximately 6:00 PM and turn off at 10:00 PM. 15. The guest acknowledges that other guests may be staying in separate areas or apartments on the premises, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space. 16. Early Check In maybe available upon request for additional fee of $30 per hour. 17. Late check-outs are maybe available for a fee of $30 per hour after 11:00 AM. Please note that if you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 AM and have not arranged for a late check-out, our cleaning crew will need to reschedule, and a $140 rescheduling fee will be charged. 18.
